INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS FOR BETTER BUSINESS RESULTS

Port of Adria JSC has officially introduced the Integrated Management System (IMS) which gives excellent support to long-term sustainable development of the Company. IMS integrates QMS - Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001: 2015), EMS - Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001: 2015) and OHSAS 18001: 2007 - Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. In accordance with the defined mission and vision, the Company is focused on continuous improvement of the business, development of employees as well as complete customer service satisfaction.

"Since 2014, all investments in Port of Adria JSC undertaken by Global Ports Holding are aimed at contributing to the sustainable development of the Company, by continuously improving its business processes and the quality of its services, at the same time taking care of its employees and environmental protection. Following the requirements of modern business, by introducing IMS we have integrated quality, environmental protection, safety and health at work of our employees. Implementation of IMS standards will enable all employees to perform their work more efficiently and better, to actively engage in all business processes, work on their improvement, and thus give full contribution to the realization of the Company's strategic goals. The introduction of the integrated management system is the result of a two-year work of the appointed team. The certification was performed by the prestigious Swiss company SGS, for the period until August 2021 with regular controls and reporting.
